Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and support overall HR management. Day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting professional development.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong experience in Employee Relations and managing workplace dynamics
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and overseeing HR Policies
- Knowledge and application of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with multiple teams
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Odoo HR management modules is a plus
