Job Title: Senior Liaison Officer – Government & Statutory Compliance

Role Overview : The Senior Liaison Officer serves as the institutional interface between the University and various

State and Central Government Departments , ensuring full statutory compliance, regulatory documentation, inspection coordination, and license renewals. The role ensures that the University operates strictly within the legal framework prescribed by regulatory authorities and that all mandatory filings, certifications, and compliance requirements are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.

The officer will regularly liaise with: Labor Department EPFO (Employees’ Provident Fund Organization) ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) Food Safety Department (FSSAI) Fire Department Registration & Stamps Department Revenue Department Municipal Authorities Electricity Board Local Police Authorities Shops & Establishments Department Income Tax & GST Departments

Statutory Compliance & Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations. Monitor EPFO & ESIC registrations, contributions, inspections, and filings. Oversee statutory returns submission within deadlines.

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Public Administration / Commerce / Management LLB preferred Certification in Labour Law / Compliance preferred

Experience 15 years

of experience in government liaison / compliance roles Experience in educational institutions, large organizations, or industrial setups preferred Demonstrated experience handling inspections and government audits

Location: Vijayawada - Andhra Pradesh
