Deep hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, including configuring compensation plans, grades, packages, budget pools, eligibility rules, and proration.
Strong understanding of compensation review cycles, merit, bonus, stock, and allowance programs.
Proven ability to support end-to-end annual compensation processes, troubleshoot business processes, and create calculated fields, reports, and dashboards for HR and leadership.
Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, data loads, and advanced reporting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and compliant compensation management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including HR, finance, and business leaders.
Excellent communication skills to partner with HR, finance, and business leaders on compensation strategy and execution.
