Key Responsibilities

- Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms - Provide detailed information on rooms, packages, and wellness programs - Ensure accurate booking, confirmations, and documentation - Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth guest journey - Maintain reservation records and systems efficiently - Operate and manage bookings using Wish.Net or similar reservation systems

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Background in hospitality or guest-facing roles - Excellent English communication (spoken & written) - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused - Experience with Wish.Net or similar systems is preferred
