Overview: Tata Electronics is seeking a seasoned ISP-Production Manager to join our office in Assam. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and team management skills, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan & Schedule Production: Ensure timely execution of production plans to meet delivery targets. - Manage Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing activities for efficiency and quality. - Quality Compliance: Maintain IPC/ISO standards and drive defect reduction. - Team Leadership: Supervise and train operators/technicians; manage workforce allocation. - Safety & Compliance: Enforce EHS standards and audit readiness. - Cost Control: Monitor production costs, scrap, and implement cost-saving initiatives. - Reporting: Track KPIs (OEE, FPY, output) and communicate performance to management.

Qualifications:

- 15–20 years of experience in production management. - preferably in ISP or similar manufacturing environments. - Experience in handling large teams and complex operations.
