We are seeking a Data Product Operations Specialist (hands-on) to support day-to-day operations, reliability, and quality of our data products and data marts. This role ensures accurate and timely data across the organization, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM and Marketo enablement for sales and marketing teams.

If yes, then listen up closely: We are looking for a Senior Data Stack Operations Support Specialist, who has excellent can-do attitude, great communication skills along with great data mart and technical abilities, who canย handle complex technical issues, focus on deeper troubleshooting of software, systems, and data infrastructure (like databases, cloud platforms, ETL tools) using admin consoles, scripting, BIGQuery, with strong analytical skills, can deep dive into logs, configurations, and system performance to diagnose root causes, solve escalated, complex problems with data platforms, databases (SQL/NoSQL), Martech stack (salesforce, marketo), ETL/data pipelines, and internal tools, and collaborate with Tier 1 to fix problems to keep data processes running smoothly for users.

What youโll do:
Become a Technical escalation and resource for the CS team.
Convert technical details into thoughtful understandable Customer responses
Identify, and resolve bugs for the engineering teams
Make active contributions to help achieve team goals and successes
Work with your French counterparts to identify and resolve whether the technical issues, for ex: identify if itโs user error, a bug, customer training issue, product feature etc
Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner
What you have:
Tier 2 support teams typically include technical support specialists, IT operations analysts, and system or application support engineers. Each role brings specific expertise while maintaining the flexibility to collaborate across different technical domains.
System-level troubleshooting
Excellent analytical and diagnostic abilities
Familiarity with scripting languages and diagnostic tools
Deep knowledge of data marts
Technically oriented โ willing to learn new systems quickly and savvy in tools like marketo, salesforce, BigQuery
Passionate and customer-centric
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or a related quantitative field
3+ years in data operations, analytics operations, or data platform operations
Strong experience operating data products and data marts and data transformations
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Marketo from a data operations perspective
Ability to troubleshoot data issues and work cross-functionally
