Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Data Science & Backend Engineer specializing in trading systems. As part of this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs to support trade processing and analytics. You will implement data algorithms, conduct performance optimizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless trading system solutions. The role also involves ensuring the scalability and reliability of systems and integrating both back-end and front-end functionality.

About the JOB:

We are seeking an

Agentic AI & n8n Automation Expert

to design, build, and scale

intelligent, autonomous workflows

across multiple business functions. This role goes beyond basic no-code automation. You will work on

agent-driven systems ,

LLM orchestration , and

end-to-end process automation

that connects AI reasoning with real-world actions via APIs and workflows. If you enjoy building systems that

think, decide, and act automatically , this role is for you.

Automation & Workflow Engineering Design and build

advanced n8n workflows

including multi-step, conditional, branching, and event-driven automations Create

end-to-end automations

spanning CRM, email, databases, internal tools, and external SaaS platforms Implement robust

error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring

for production-grade workflows

Agentic AI & LLM Systems Develop

LLM-powered agent workflows

that can reason, plan, and execute tasks autonomously Implement

multi-agent and tool-using AI systems

using orchestration frameworks Build

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

pipelines using vector databases such as

Pinecone, Chroma, or Weaviate Integrate external systems using

REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and custom authentication Design custom logic for data transformation, enrichment, and decision-making Connect AI systems to real-world actions (ticket creation, messaging, updates, approvals, triggers)

Continuously

optimize workflows

for performance, cost, reliability, and scalability Collaborate with

product, engineering, and operations teams

to identify automation opportunities Document workflows, architecture decisions, and best practices clearly

Preferred to have 2+ years hands-on experience

with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms 1+ year experience

building AI-driven or LLM-based automations Strong understanding of: REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks Authentication (OAuth, API keys, tokens) Workflow orchestration and event-driven systems Experience working with

vector databases

for AI retrieval workflows

Good to have Python or JavaScript for custom scripting and extensions Experience with

Power Automate , or other orchestration tools Familiarity with AI tooling such as: OpenAI / Anthropic APIs LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS / GCP)
