Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (Contract – 6 Months)

Location: Ahmedabad

About the Company:

Paperchase Accountancy is a specialized accounting services firm providing end-to-end accounting and finance support to global hospitality businesses. We partner with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups to manage their financial operations efficiently.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive on a 6-month contract to support our growing hiring requirements. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and role expectations. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. - Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting based on role requirements. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal panels and hiring managers. - Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines. - Ensure timely closure of open roles and support the team in achieving hiring targets. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements. - Support walk-in drives, recruitment campaigns, and other hiring initiatives when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. - Experience in handling multiple roles and managing high-volume hiring. - Prior experience in BPO, accounting services, or professional services recruitment will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities - Good stakeholder management and coordination skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously - Strong organizational and reporting skills

Contract Details:

- This is a 6-month contractual position based in Ahmedabad. - The contract may be extended or converted to a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.
