We are currently looking for a People & Culture Partner to join our Ahmedabad office, working closely with our global People & Culture team. Are you a proactive recruiter who enjoys building strong teams while ensuring smooth HR operations? In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions while supporting onboarding and HR coordination within a global P&O structure. Your work will directly contribute to building high-performing teams and creating a seamless employee experience. We are looking for someone who is committed to self-improvement and open to using innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Collaborate with international P&C teams and maintain recruitment reports.
- Organize local branch events and cultural activities.
- Maintain regular presence in the Ahmedabad office to manage onboarding and local team coordination.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally combining technical hiring and HR operations responsibilities.
- Ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer coordination and onboarding.
- Experience working within an international or global HR/P&O structure, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to clearly communicate role expectations, hiring updates, and recruitment insights to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating HR administrative processes such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR systems.
- Detail‑oriented approach with strong process management and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed teams.
- Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fintech or global technology company is preferred.
- Experience using ATS platforms or HRIS systems such as PeopleForce, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri or similar tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics, hiring metrics, and talent pipeline management.
- Experience supporting global or remote hiring processes across multiple regions.
Work Conditions & Contract Info:
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent contract.
- Work arrangement: From Ahmedabad office – Hybrid (No Remote).
- Core hours: Business hours aligned with CET/EET.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Contract length: Indefinite.
