The Role: Not a Seller, But a Strategic Architect

We are seeking an enterprising, articulate, and highly creative Brand Solutions Specialist. This is not a role for a "space seller." We are looking for a master storyteller who can build narratives that bridge the gap between an advertiser’s pain points and ET’s platform strengths.

Your mission is to create high-impact Intellectual Properties (IPs) and comprehensive advertiser options across all formats—display, video, branded content, and non-traditional digital media.

Key Responsibilities

IP Development:

Conceptualize and build scalable Intellectual Properties (Digital Summits, Award Series, Video IPs) that align with ET’s legacy and meet long-term business priorities. Problem-Solving Narratives:

Deeply understand advertiser business challenges. Create bespoke solutions that address these "pain points" rather than offering off-the-shelf inventory. Masterful Pitching:

Design and deliver visually stunning, logically persuasive pitch decks. You must be able to sell a vision to CMOs and Brand Managers. Strategic Sync:

Ensure all concepts play to ET’s core strengths: Trust, Authority, and Access. Cross-Functional Leadership:

Work with Sales to identify opportunities, and with Product, Tech, Design, and Content teams to bring your concepts to life.

The Ideal Candidate

The Storyteller:

You possess exceptional written and spoken English. You can take complex business data and weave it into a compelling human narrative.

The Explorer:

You read widely. You are as comfortable discussing global economic shifts as you are explaining the latest trends in non-traditional digital media.

The Marketer:

2–10 years of experience in brand solutions, marketing, or creative strategy. You understand the marketing funnel and how to move the needle for a brand.

The Diplomat:

High integrity and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable. You must navigate internal teams and external clients with confidence and poise.

The Enterprising Mind:

You are a self-starter who identifies market gaps and creates "money-can’t-buy" opportunities before a brief even hits your desk.
