Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inventory & Demand Planning Assistant supporting Avinci’s e-commerce operations based in London. The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting demand forecasting, and ensuring efficient product availability across online channels.

You will work closely with the e-commerce, operations, and marketing teams to track product performance, identify fast- and slow-moving styles, and support data-driven inventory decisions. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective remote collaboration to support a fast-growing fashion e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels and track product movement across online channels - Support demand forecasting using sales trends and seasonal patterns - Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and low-stock products - Assist in restocking and allocation planning - Prepare inventory performance reports and insights - Coordinate remotely with operations, marketing, and catalog teams - Support strategies to minimize overstock and stockou

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication skills for remote teamwork - Basic knowledge of inventory management or retail operations is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools preferred - Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setup - Any Bachelor’s degree. A degree in Fashion or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory - Interest in fashion retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage - Freshers and passionate learners are encouraged to apply
