Position: Recruitment Specialist — BPO & IT Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for BPO and IT roles Handling volume and lateral hiring requirements Client coordination and candidate management Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting qualified profiles. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment consultancy (preferred). Strong English communication skills (mandatory) Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
