The Role We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Bengaluru office full-time. You'll own design end-to-end — from understanding user problems to shipping polished experiences — working directly with the founding team at the intersection of AI and learning.

Salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum

What You'll Do Shape the end-to-end user experience across our platform — from research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and handoff Deeply understand our users and advocate for their needs in every product decision Use AI-powered design tools to move fast without compromising quality Get hands-on with front-end code when needed to fine-tune interactions and experiences Collaborate closely with the founders to define not just how things look, but why they exist Contribute to content and messaging across the product when the moment calls for it

What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that shows strong design thinking — not just visual execution A genuine user advocate — you dig into user problems before jumping to solutions Fluent with AI tools for design workflows (e.g., Figma AI, Galileo, Midjourney, or similar) Comfortable reading and tweaking front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) to get experiences just right Someone who cares equally about the \"why\" and the \"how\" — you think in systems, not just screens Strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity

Bonus Points Prior startup experience — you know what it's like to wear multiple hats Content writing chops — you can craft clear, compelling product copy Experience with content or digital marketing A side project, case study, or redesign you're proud of and can walk us through
