Job Description
Job Description: AI Studio Engineer
Role Overview
This is one of the most impactful hires we will make this year. We are a 300-person experiential
agency building an AI Studio that will fundamentally change how we pitch, produce, and prove
ROI on events. We need a hands-on AI Engineer who is equal parts strategist, builder, and trainer.
This person will not just use AI tools. They will design the systems, build the agents, write the
prompts, select the stack, and train 300 colleagues to work smarter. They are the architect of our
AI capability — and they will ship real, working tools within their first 30 days.
What You Will Own
In your first 60 days:
• Audit the full tool ecosystem and deliver a written recommendation with pricing and
integration plan
• Build and publish Prompt Library v1.0 — 50+ categorised, tested prompts for all
departments
• Deploy 3 quick-win agents (RFP Analyzer Agent, Pitch Deck & Mood Board Generator,
Floorplan Optimizer etc.,) to prove ROI fast
• Establish prompt versioning conventions and a governance framework
In your first 90 days:
• Train all 300+ staff across departments (Account, Creative, Production, Finance, HR)
• Launch 10+ working agents covering Pre-Event, On-Site, Post-Event, and Back Office
workflows
• Integrate AI tools with our existing CRM, project management, and finance systems
• Build a staging and QA environment for testing agents before live deployment
Ongoing (Month 3+):
• Maintain and expand the prompt library — incorporating team feedback into v2.0, v3.0
• Build the advanced on-site AI layer: WhatsApp concierge, lead retrieval, real-time issue
monitoring
• Develop monetisable AI products to sell to clients: AI Insights Package, Footfall Heatmaps,
AI Avatars
• Stay current on the AI landscape — brief the leadership team on new tools monthly
