We are looking to hire a digital campaign manager to engage and utilize our group companies campaign channels for promoting HSL service portfolio to their potential customers.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Campaign initiative to oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across HDFC group companies. In this role, you will plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted and impactful campaigns that align with our brand strategy and group goals.
Objectives of this Role:
Develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, target audiences, and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling digital content and marketing collateral that reflects the brand’s tone and positioning
Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences, and behaviors within the HDFC Group ecosystem
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
Manage relationships with group companies, external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the timely and effective execution of digital campaigns
Leverage digital marketing channels to maximize campaign reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI)
Your Tasks:
Design and implement comprehensive digital campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop visually appealing and impactful digital assets
Set up tracking mechanisms and use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and measure ROI
Prepare and present detailed campaign reports, highlighting key findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and implement strategic adjustments as needed
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital campaign management or a similar role is a must
Candidate should have hands on experience working on
Clevertap
Proven track record in managing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
Demonstrable experience with integrated digital campaigns across various online channels (email, whatsapp, SMS, RCS, Website etc.)
Hands on experience in coding like email htmls, custom html in-apps
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign development, and audience targeting
Solid analytical skills with experience in using data to measure performance and optimize campaigns
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in digital marketing or campaign management.
Experience managing campaigns within the Indian market and an understanding of its diverse consumer landscape
Familiarity with advanced digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
