Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist – Wire Harness to manage sourcing and purchasing of wire harness components while coordinating with US-based clients. The candidate will communicate with clients to understand technical requirements, manage supplier sourcing, and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. The role requires strong communication skills, supplier negotiation abilities, and understanding of wire harness components.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure wire harness components such as cables, connectors, terminals, and assemblies.

• Communicate with US clients to understand project requirements, specifications, and order quantities.

• Coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure accurate procurement.

• Identify and develop reliable suppliers for cost-effective sourcing.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with vendors.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, and procurement documentation.

• Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of materials.

• Track inventory levels and support supply chain planning.

• Resolve supplier issues, delays, or quality concerns.

• Maintain regular communication with US clients through email, calls, or meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in wire harness, electronics, or automotive components.

• Experience working with international or US clients is preferred.

• Good understanding of wire harness materials and components.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
