Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, and it involves multiple key responsibilities across different functions. As a team member, you will be actively engaged in delivering training sessions on various aspects of digital marketing. The role requires executing and monitoring marketing campaigns, managing social media activities, creating engaging visual content such as graphics and videos, supporting academic counseling, and handling telecommunication for client and student engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals will also be a significant part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with team members, clients, and students across different platforms - Proficiency in Marketing, Training, and delivering effective academic counseling sessions - Expertise in Social Media Marketing and crafting effective social campaigns that engage audiences - Understanding of Sales techniques to support conversion and client retention efforts - Experience in creating and editing Graphics and Video content to align with digital campaigns - Previous experience in related domains and a passion for the digital marketing field - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred - An ability to work on-site with a team-oriented approach and robust organizational skills
