Performance marketing manager

We are urgently looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager who can join immediately and lead high-budget performance campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) • Plan, execute, and scale E-commerce performance campaigns focused on revenue growth and ROAS • Develop full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) for lead generation and e-commerce brands • Manage and optimize large monthly ad budgets profitably • Drive revenue growth, improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale winning campaigns • Implement advanced tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, Conversion API)

Plan and execute remarketing and retention campaigns • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights • Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to clients • Mentor and guide junior performance executives

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing • Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads • Proven experience managing and scaling E-commerce campaigns • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV) • Experience handling high ad budgets (preferred 10L+ monthly) • Deep understanding of funnel optimization & remarketing strategy • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Looker Studio, GA4) • Excellent communication and client management skills
