Aniwell is a growing D2C pet wellness brand focused on building trusted, high-quality
products for dogs and cats. We sell across our own website and multiple online
platforms, and we are building a scalable, performance-driven growth engine.
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who understands how to scale
brands through structured execution, data-driven decisions, and continuous
experimentation across channels.
Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and optimizing
end-to-end growth initiatives across paid media, marketplaces, platform listings,
content distribution, and partnerships.
This role requires a balance of execution, analysis, and strategic thinking, with
ownership over day-to-day growth operations and experiments.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Growth:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid
campaigns across multiple platforms, Manage campaign setup, creative uploads,
targeting, budgeting, and optimization.Track and analyze key metrics such as CAC,
ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.Build and maintain performance dashboards
and reports. Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and funnels.
Platform Listings & Conversion Optimization:
Create and optimize product
listings across: Brand website (D2C), Marketplaces and third-party platforms. Ensure
consistency in messaging, keywords, pricing, and visuals. Improve conversion rates
through content optimization and testing.
Creator, Influencer & Platform Outreach:
Identify and collaborate with creators,
influencers, and platform partners. Manage outreach, onboarding, and coordination
of collaborations. Support UGC-driven growth across organic and paid channels.
Explore new platforms and growth channels relevant to the brand.
Keyword Research & Demand Capture:
Conduct keyword and audience research
across platforms. Apply insights to paid campaigns, listings, and content strategy.
Monitor performance trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analytics, Reporting & Experimentation:
Monitor performance across channels
and platforms.Develop actionable insights from data. Design and execute growth
experiments. Share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, content, design, and
operations teams. Align growth initiatives with brand, inventory, and business goals.
Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or D2C
marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and growth metrics.
Experience working across multiple marketing and marketplace platforms.
Analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards, reporting, and optimization.
Ability to execute independently and manage multiple initiatives.
Strong communication and ownership mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer brands, D2C, or marketplaces
Familiarity with marketing analytics and experimentation frameworks
Experience with influencer or creator-led growth
