Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Human Resources Associate

to support HR operations across client engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR consulting. The role involves exposure to diverse HR functions across industries, making it ideal for candidates seeking hands-on learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Support recruitment processes (sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordination) Assist in onboarding and employee lifecycle management Respond to employee queries and coordinate with client teams Support policy documentation, HR MIS, and compliance tracking Prepare reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel Assist in implementation of HR strategies and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (BBA / BMS / B.Com / Any Graduate) – Freshers may apply Basic understanding of HR Management and HR Operations Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Comfortable using AI tools for documentation and process support Good organizational skills and ability to multitask High level of confidentiality and professionalism
