We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Counsellor to guide prospective clients/students, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments/sales. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills. ✅

Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective customers/students via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/courses/services Convert leads into sales/enrollments and achieve monthly targets Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and interactions in CRM Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/students Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding Participate in promotional activities, events, or seminars if required Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing/Education preferred) Experience in sales, counselling, or customer support is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
