Desired Candidate profile -

1) IT Procurement experience 2) Knowledge in data center products 3) End to End Procurement cycle 4) Saas, On prem software Procurement 5) Very good communication

Role & responsibilities Work timings are 4 PM to 2 AM

B.S./B.A. in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience. Manage the data center procurement operations in the US time zone and work with the vendor to get the deliveries on time. Knowledge on capex and opex spend categories. Good Communication.

5+Year experience in multinational companies under IT Org working with vendors and internal stakeholders: Financial (AP).

3+ years of experience in procurement operations, Accounts payable operations & complete Procure to Pay cycle.

Integrate budget with procure-to-pay processes and systems to ensure all purchases and payments link to plans.

Accurate purchase requisitions entries with appropriate budget and project mapping, precise GL coding.

Partner with Finance (FP&A) to track, analyze, and report actual expenses against budget plans and work with IBE team to review and reconcile differences.

Assist team in procurement related activities as needed. Enable procurement services to the organization, Provide recommendations on all procurement related issues, plans, reports, trainings and metrics.

Manage high ticket volume and large, complex PR entries along with maintaining good vendor relations.

Manage order changes with suppliers and perform accurate change orders in financial system.

Check order confirmations for accuracy, compliance and provide timely resolutions to any discrepancies.

Work with Supplier, Contracts and Payments Teams to ensure the E2E smooth flow of process.

Maintaining spend analytics tools and actively enriching data to provide more effective categorization of spend.
