Position: Lead – Talent Acquisition

Experience Required: 8 – 12 Years

Working Days : 6 Days

Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure

Job Summary:

The Lead – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the overall recruitment function at Gopalan Enterprises. The role requires working as an Individual Contributor (IC), managing end-to-end hiring independently while partnering closely with business leaders to fulfil manpower requirements across projects and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently - Work as an Individual Contributor without team management responsibility - Manage hiring for senior, mid-level, and critical positions - Partner with department heads for manpower planning - Drive bulk hiring for project requirements - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and consultancies - Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews - Lead salary negotiations and offer closures - Maintain recruitment MIS and tracking reports - Ensure strong offer-to-joining ratio - Build talent pipeline for future requirements

- Strong independent working capability - Excellent stakeholder management - Strong negotiation and influencing skills - Experience in construction / real estate hiring preferred - Strong sourcing and headhunting skills - Ability to handle high-volume and niche hiring - Self-driven and target-oriented

Educational Qualification:

- MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred) - Any Graduate with relevant experience
