Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Project Manager with strong expertise in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Personal Banking products. The ideal candidate will drive delivery for digital transformation initiatives and work closely with stakeholders to implement scalable banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects within Wealth Management and Capital Markets domain. - Drive digital transformation initiatives for banking clients. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product teams to ensure successful delivery. - Manage project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting. - Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives. - Support implementation of trading platforms, wealth management platforms, and banking solutions. - Understand global banking trends, regulations, and best practices. - Provide strategic guidance and consulting support to banking clients.

Required Skills

- Strong Project Management / Delivery Management experience. - Good understanding of Wealth Management and Personal Banking products. - Exposure to Capital Markets and Trading systems. - Experience in Digital Transformation programs in banking. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to global banking markets. - Experience working with large banking or financial institutions. - Consulting experience in Big4 / Tier-1 consulting firms is an advantage.

Education

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Finance / Business / Technology. - MBA or equivalent is preferred.
