About the Role : The Talent Executive – Recruitment will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined job requirements. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability and cultural fit. Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates. Assist in conducting interviews and manage feedback collection efficiently. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Draft and publish job descriptions across multiple platforms. Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and professional networks. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and labour laws. Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and background verification.

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience into end to end recruitment

Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Expertise in employer branding, advanced sourcing techniques, and market mapping.

Preferred Skills :

Manage end to end Volume hiring. Experience in volume hiring and campus recruitment. hospitality experience, Campus hiring, HM hiring
