At Dogsee, we are looking for a dynamic International Sales Manager to drive our global expansion. In this role, you will manage international client relationships while building new distribution and retail partnerships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

- Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients - Act as the primary contact for key distributor and retail partners - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts

Business Development

- Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners globally - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international prospects - Drive expansion into new markets and territories

Strategy & Market Insights

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs - Support regional sales strategy and growth initiatives - Prepare sales forecasts and territory performance reports

Negotiation & Closing

- Lead negotiations with distributors and key accounts - Structure commercially strong and sustainable partnerships

What we're looking for

Required

- 3+ years experience in international sales / business development / key account management - Experience working with distributors or retail channel partners - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred

- Experience in FMCG, pet food, or consumer products - Existing international distributor network - Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
