Percept is looking for a

Legal Manager

with 6–10 years of experience to manage end-to-end legal matters including contracts, litigation, non-litigation IPR, copyright, IPR activities and corporate compliance. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, smart and well-versed in media/entertainment laws (Preferred not required), with strong drafting skills and the ability to independently handle litigation and non-litigation matters. Job Description Managing all the legal matters of the company, Drafting Contracts, MOUs, Addendum, NDAs, Agreement for sponsorship, endorsement, Music, Retainers, employment, Permission etc, Co-ordination at Police Station if any required Managing work activities around IPR & Copy Rights Law, Music Licenses Responsible creating documents related to labour laws, co-ordinate with law firms Monitor the pending cases with the Advocate/External Counsel's office Able to coordinate with other departments for collection of necessary inputs for preparing necessary documents. Attend the Court for routine matters and coordinate with the Advocates and attend hearing along with seniors. ·Require total involvement in the matter for achieving desired results in favour of the Company. Education Qualification LLB/LLM Target Industry Media/Advertising/Sports/Events/Entertainment or anybody from service industry(Preferred, not required)
