Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Lead Flutter Engineer

to spearhead the development of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. As a technical leader, you will design scalable mobile architectures, guide a team of developers, ensure best coding practices, and drive the adoption of modern tools and technologies. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, high-performance, and user-friendly apps.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development

of Flutter-based applications from concept to deployment. Design and implement

robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile architectures. Mentor and manage

a team of Flutter developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers

to define app requirements and functionalities. Evaluate and implement

third-party SDKs, APIs, and Flutter packages as needed. Set up

CI/CD pipelines

for mobile app deployment. Continuously

optimize performance

and

refactor codebases

for speed and efficiency. Keep up with new trends and innovations in

mobile development , Flutter, and Dart. Manage

release cycles

and work closely with QA to ensure bug-free releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years

of professional experience in mobile development, with

3+ years

focused on Flutter. Proficiency in

Dart

programming language. Deep understanding of

State Management

solutions like

Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Cubit, GetX . Expertise with

Flutter SDK ,

Custom Widgets , and

Animations . Solid understanding of

REST APIs ,

GraphQL , and integration techniques. Strong knowledge of

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) , design patterns, and SOLID principles. Experience with

native Android (Kotlin/Java)

or

iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

is a plus. Familiarity with

Firebase

(Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics). Experience with

CI/CD tools : Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Fastlane. Version control experience with

Git

(GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Familiarity with mobile performance tuning and optimization tools. Understanding of app

deployment processes

to

Google Play Store

and

Apple App Store .
