Job Duties Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Create and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting needs. Conduct statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights and support strategic initiatives. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and validate data from multiple sources. Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, automation, and advanced analytics. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics, KPIs, and data trends. Generate reports and visualizations to clearly communicate findings to stakeholders. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and produce summary statistics for informed decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality checks. Automate repetitive data tasks using Python scripts and scheduling tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement data-driven strategies. Document analysis workflows using notebook environments (e.g., Jupyter) to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing. Communicate insights effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to business teams.

Minimum Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred ).0-2 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, implementation, or onboarding role s.Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimizatio n.Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotli b.Expertise in Power BI for creating dashboards and reports, including DAX calculation s.Familiarity with notebook environments (e.g., Jupyter) for interactive analysis and documentatio n.Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and preparation technique s.Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret results to generate actionable insight s.Knowledge of data visualization best practices and data storytelling technique s.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detai l.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shif t.Experience with Microsoft Fabric or other cloud-based analytics platforms is a strong plu s .
