Role Description

The Franchise Development Manager will play a vital role in supporting the expansion of MYBAE’s franchise network. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting franchise sales, developing business plans, identifying and generating leads, and managing the onboarding and training of franchise partners. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, requiring strong interpersonal and business development skills.

Qualifications

- Evaluating City Potential and identifying property. - Measure site and analyze nearby residential catchment before present property for approval. - Prepare presentation loaded with trade area, average income of house hold, internal layout of store and financial. - All information collect from Market research, Project and Financial team. - Monitor on the competition - business, strategy change, expansion plans and acquisitions. - All other internal & external process work for a property identification, acquisition & rollout. - Coordination with Internal departments like Legal, Projects and Accounts till smooth store launch of the store. - Follow up with project team to complete fit out work within rent free period. - Expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising - Proficiency in Business Planning and Lead Generation - Experience in Training and onboarding franchise partners - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Proven experience in franchise development or business expansion roles - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals

Experience: Min 3 Years.

Salary: 40-50K in hand Per Month.

Base Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
