Job Summary
We are seeking a Engineer to join our team in the Mould maintenance Department.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the Moulding team.
Interact with Engineering team, for new project related validations, machine selection, DFM.
Training regarding Moulding to company wide members in Bangalore and Chennai.
Prepare departmental reports for MRM, and for internal circulation.
Manage performance reviews and appraisals as per plan.
Assist Quality department, for RCA relevant to moulding related issues.
Monitor Departmental measurable indices, and take appropriate actions to mitigate.
Administer daily departmental meetings.
Attend Customer and QMS audits relevant to department.
Track, monitor, and improve OEE, PPM, by using technology, methods and techniques.
Monitoring and tracking of departmental goals & targets
Organising of daily / weekly / monthly meetings, reviews and reports for Moulding departments.
Developing improvement plans and tasks to achieve it in a systematic way.
People development.
Enhance techniques for optimal equipment efficiency, OEE improvement.
Developing cost savings and cost controls.
Handle DFM activities for all new moulding projects.
Production Planning also machine PM and service planning.
Dispatch planning.
Material Follow up.
Production data Analysis.
Training Man power.
Customer interaction WRT dispatches & quality issues.
Conducting production meeting.
Problem solving by co ordinating with CFT wrt to part quality and process if any abnormality/ customer/internal issues.
SAP work wrt moulding activities.
To prepare daily, monthly plan and to execute.
To train operators.
Manpower handling and scheduling.
To work closely with peer departments.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma tool & Die.
6-9 Yrs.
