We’re looking for passionate and dynamic Finance Ops Supporters (FOS) to drive education loan adoption, assist students with financing options, and collaborate closely with our centre teams.

✨ About the Role

As a Finance Ops Supporter (FOS), you will be the FinZ Fintech representative deployed at PW Vidyapeeth Centres. Your goal will be to promote education loan products, help students through the financing process, and ensure smooth coordination between students, parents, and centre teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the adoption and conversion of student education loans at PW Vidyapeeth Centres. - Collaborate with Centre Heads, Counsellors, and Faculty Coordinators to promote FinZ loan solutions. - Assist students and parents in the loan application, documentation, and approval process. - Conduct counselling sessions and awareness drives to increase product visibility. - Ensure smooth coordination with FinZ credit, operations, and risk teams for timely loan disbursement. - Track daily activities, maintain records, and report performance updates. - Identify ground-level challenges and recommend effective solutions. - Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

What You’ll Bring:

- Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Fintech, Education Loans, or Field Sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Local language fluency (Hindi is a must). - Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities. - Basic understanding of NBFC/Banking compliance processes. - Prior experience in EdTech or Fintech is a plus!
