About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst

to support global analytics product and service initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts to ensure successful change implementation across the organization. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to support structured change management strategies

Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies and content to support organizational initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, timely, and effective communication to relevant stakeholders. Create, coordinate, and deliver training materials and programs for analytics products and services. Support the development and execution of engagement initiatives to promote adoption and foster a positive change culture. Conduct impact assessments and end-user analysis to identify potential resistance areas and recommend mitigation strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and adoption tracking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications 2 years of experience in Organizational Change Management

or related roles. Basic understanding of

change management frameworks and methodologies. Experience supporting communication and training initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Exposure to analytics products or digital transformation initiatives is an added advantage.
