Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to support a large-scale data migration initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with Solution Architects and project stakeholders to design, develop, test, and optimize data migration programs using

Graphtalk and SQL . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data mapping, profiling, batch processing, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities Support the

Solution Architect

in all development activities related to the data migration project. Participate in

data mapping, data profiling, design, coding, testing, and maintenance

of data migration programs. Develop and execute

batch programs and scripts

for large-scale data migration activities. Perform

performance tuning and optimization

of migration batch programs to ensure efficiency and reliability. Generate and validate

data files, data dumps, and migration outputs

in accordance with business and technical requirements. Troubleshoot migration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes as required. Work closely with business users, QA teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate and successful data migration. Maintain documentation related to data migration design, execution, and validation.

Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

in data migration or related development roles. Mandatory experience with Graphtalk technology . Strong hands-on experience with

SQL

for data extraction, transformation, and validation. Proven experience in

data migration projects , including data mapping, data profiling, and data file/data dump generation. Experience working in the

insurance domain

is required. Hands-on experience in developing and running

batch scripts on Windows and/or Unix platforms . Ability to work effectively in a

multi-tasking environment

and prioritize competing tasks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
