US Engineering Recruiter (Remote – India) - Full/Part-Time

Role Overview

KT2i is seeking an experienced Immediate Joining US Engineering Recruiter to support hiring for engineering and technical roles in the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing US-based engineering talent while working remotely from India with overlap to US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US engineering and technical roles - Analyse job descriptions and understand technical and functional requirements. - Source candidates through job portals, (Dice/Monster/ Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and talent networks - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments - Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and visa status, - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders - Maintain strong candidate engagement and communication - Track recruitment metrics and pipeline status - Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting US engineering/technical candidates - Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and expectations - Ability to work with overlap in US time zones - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Experience using ATS and sourcing tools

Preferred Skills

- Engineering or technical hiring background - Familiarity with remote recruitment processes - Strong negotiation and candidate management skills
