MCC Manager

to oversee and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts under a centralized MCC structure. This position requires hands-on expertise, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complexity at scale. You will be responsible for account architecture, performance direction, and continuous improvement across client portfolios, while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and structure Google Ads accounts at the MCC level across multiple clients Define and maintain account hierarchies, naming conventions, and access control Monitor performance trends and identify optimization opportunities across accounts Oversee budgets, pacing, and spend efficiency at portfolio level Guide campaign strategy across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Review account health, policy compliance, and quality signals Produce clear performance insights and recommendations for internal and client use Collaborate with Paid Media, Analytics, and Strategy teams to align objectives Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads at MCC level Proven background handling multiple accounts simultaneously Strong understanding of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and attribution Experience working with large budgets and performance targets Solid analytical skills and confidence working with performance data Ability to operate independently and manage priorities effectively Agency or multi-client environment experience is highly preferred What We Offer Exposure to diverse markets and advertising challenges High level of ownership and decision-making autonomy Flexible working environment (remote-friendly) Competitive compensation based on experience and scope How to Apply If you have deep experience working with Google Ads MCC and enjoy managing complex account structures, we’d love to hear from you.
