Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Software Associate. The Software Associate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, analyzing requirements, and devising technical solutions. They will also engage in programming, troubleshooting, and conducting research to support software development initiatives. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development, including writing, testing, and maintaining robust code Strong Programming skills and familiarity with one or more programming languages Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to solve technical problems efficiently Proficient Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders Research skills to explore new technologies, tools, and methodologies effectively Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus Knowledge of AI solutions or legal tech is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
