Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role designed for freshers and entry-level finance professionals (0–2 years) located in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting financial operations, analyzing data, managing business transactions, and preparing reports to provide insights and assist in decision-making. The professional will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial processes are aligned with organizational goals while developing expertise in business administration and finance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Finance and Business Administration - Proficient Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide insights - Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and present information effectively - Relevant coursework or internship experience in finance or business will be an advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on attention to detail

- Strong knowledge in Accounting, Taxation & Financial Management - Good understanding of Financial Statements & Compliance - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Must be available to join immediately
