Role Overview We are looking for an assistant manager training and developments to enhance the skills and performance of our Reservations and Customer Excellence teams. The role focuses on building structured training programs, improving process accuracy, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for Operations Executives. ● Develop SOP-based training modules for bookings, documentation, vendor coordination and CRM usage. ● Run mock scenarios for query handling and escalation management. ● Perform quality audits to ensure booking accuracy and service standards. ● Identify skill gaps and recommend process improvements. ● Maintain training materials and knowledge repositories. Requirements :

● 3–5 years of experience in travel operations or training roles. ● Strong knowledge of flight, hotel, and land reservations. ● Experience creating SOPs and conducting structured training sessions ● Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
