Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors for AMC contracts, procurement, and service agreements.
Monitor office maintenance, asset management, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support HR in onboarding arrangements, travel bookings, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and track administrative expenses.
Handle government liaisoning and external agency coordination when required.
Manage overall administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Administration, Management, or related field
Experience
: 5 to 8 Years
