Assistant General Manager Finance

We’re Hiring | Assistant General Manager Finance Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: 5 Days Working Experience Required: 6–12 Years (Manufacturing Industry)

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead project accounting, financial planning, and risk management for a large manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in managing project budgets and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead accounting and financial management for project budgets • Track cash flow and analyze financial strengths and risks • Drive risk management by evaluating liabilities and investments • Oversee fundraising plans and capital structure • Manage vendor relationships and financial compliance • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasting models • Ensure adherence to statutory laws and company policies • Lead and manage a team of financial controllers and analysts

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–12 years of experience in a large manufacturing industry • Strong knowledge of financial laws, risk management, and forecasting methods • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluency in Telugu and English
