Audience Growth Manager (Social)

As an Audience Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing strategies to increase the organization's online audience, engagement, and reach.

What you'll do:

Plan and execute growth strategies across social media, newsletters and notifications.

Work with the editorial team to optimize content, formats and timings for discoverability.

Manage social distribution across platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads etc.).

Use audience data to guide decisions and improve performance.

Support mobile app growth through installs, repeat usage and habit building.

Build partnerships that extend reach and visibility.

Encourage audience engagement and community around our journalism.

Mentor, guide and enable team members handling daily distribution tasks/workflows.

Share clear performance insights with editorial and leadership teams.

Who you are:

Proven experience in digital audience growth and social media.

Strong understanding of platform behavior and audience trends.

Comfortable working with analytics and performance dashboards.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work with editorial teams.

Fast decision-making and execution under deadlines.

Clear communication and reporting skills.

Desired candidate should have a minimum 6+ years of Experience in the relevant field.
