As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization. Your role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from high-level talent acquisition and performance management to fostering a positive corporate culture and ensuring legal compliance. You will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights on workforce planning, compensation structures, and organizational development. By leading the HR team and implementing effective retention programs, you play a critical role in building a high-performing, engaged, and scalable workforce.
