What you’ll do As a Sales , you’ll sit at the heart of Avacasa’s growth: Own inbound + qualified leads

and take them from enquiry to closure Understand the buyer’s intent (investment vs lifestyle), constraints, and timeline Recommend the right projects using Avacasa’s data-driven approach (not random pushing) Coordinate site visits, developer interactions, and follow-ups with high attention to detail Build a predictable pipeline and track outcomes (CRM hygiene matters here) Become a voice of the brand—calm, premium, honest, high-conviction
