Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP modules ✔ Drive business workshops with a clean core approach ✔ Collaborate with stakeholders for value-driven delivery ✔ Act as a trusted advisor in business conversations Must-Have Skills: ✅ 10+ years of SAP experience ✅ Hands-on experience in S/4 HANA greenfield implementation (Pharma preferred) ✅ Strong leadership & communication skills ✅ Ability to conduct fit-to-standard workshops Good-to-Have: ➕ Experience in value-driven delivery methodology Why Join Us?
