Role Overview We are seeking a versatile Clinical Application Analyst cum R&D System Test Engineer to support the development, validation, and clinical integration of our next-generation soft tissue surgical robotic system. This hybrid role combines hands-on system testing with clinical training responsibilities, ensuring both technical robustness and surgical relevance.

Preferences Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Biomedical engineering, nursing, Allied Health, or a related field advanced degree is a plus. 0-4 years of clinical experience preferred. Previous experience with robotic surgical systems is highly desirable. Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a healthcare or operating room environment.

What you will bring Fluent in English (and a native language equivalent). Experience of being involved in education training and programs are desirable. Experience working either as an industry representative or healthcare professional in an operating room environment is desirable. Appreciation of best clinical practice and the challenges of working in surgery. Knowledge of surgical environment, terminology, common surgical procedures, ideally minimally invasive procedures Knowledge of healthcare industry and trends. Ability to build relationships with key customers and opinion leaders. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills including a clear and concise writing and presentation style, particularly when describing technical content. Comfortable working with highly technical material, and strong ability to present the complex in clear, simple terms. Ability to contribute to a team environment. Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and use MS Office applications. Ability to research, gather, digest, and summarize technical matter (both clinical and technical).

What You Will Do Provide clinical product support to all end users, including on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. Offer both clinical and technical support for operating the company’s robotic system applications, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure optimal usage, Deliver ongoing in-services and customer education sessions for assigned accounts. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues quickly and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to increase product awareness, highlight clinical benefits, and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff. Provide product-related feedback to support continuous improvement and enhance customer experience. Be ready to travel up to 60%.
