Role Overview :
The role will serve as a strategic leader within the People function, supporting enterprise-wide people insights, digital enablement, and data-driven decision-making. This individual will play a critical role in HR transformation connecting systems, data, and advanced analytics to materially improve the employee experience and enable leadership with actionable intelligence.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in people analytics, workforce insights, or HR data strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL; familiarity with R and/or Python is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated passion and intellectual curiosity for leveraging data to improve the employee experience and business outcomes.
- Strong experience in data modelling, visualisation techniques, and analytical storytelling.
- Ability to distil complex analyses into simple, compelling insights for executive audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Combination of creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- People Data, Insights & Analytics.
- Synthesise data from multiple internal and external sourcesincluding HRIS, business systems, and third-party platformsto generate insights across the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, inclusion, development, engagement, performance, and change).
- Design and deliver models, dashboards, and executive-ready materials that clearly measure organisational health, workforce trends, and engagement outcomes using intuitive, impactful visualisation.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the quality, accessibility, and relevance of people data to drive healthier metrics and stronger employee experiences.
- Innovate and experiment with advanced methods of collecting, measuring, and analysing people data to uncover meaningful business insights and predictive signals.
- HR Technology, Integration & AI Enablement.
- Own and optimise the HRIS ecosystem end-to-end, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and support system integrations, including leveraging Boomi to connect HR platforms with broader enterprise systems and enable seamless data flow.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to design and deploy AI-enabled agents and analytics solutions that support leaders and decision-makers with real-time insights, scenario modelling, and recommendations.
- Drive adoption and effective use of people technology across the organisation.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Transformation Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, People partners, and functional stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
- Play a key role on the HR Transformation team, aligning people insights, technology, and analytics with the strategic objectives of the business.
- Champion data literacy and foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and concurrent initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
