We’re Hiring: IAM Service Operations Specialist (Omada Identity)

Are you passionate about Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT operations, and working with global teams? We're looking for an IAM Service Operations Specialist who can help ensure smooth, secure, and reliable IT services across the organization.

What You’ll Do

- Manage daily IT operations to ensure secure and reliable access to systems

- Execute user management and request fulfilment activities

- Support incident management to reduce service interruptions

- Monitor critical system components and identify potential issues early

- Maintain up-to-date CMDB information

- Suggest and support automation initiatives

- Perform change management, patching, and backup operations

- Validate batch jobs and deploy new releases

- Troubleshoot failures and help restore systems

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills

- 1 plus years in a leading IAM tool (Omada Identity preferred)

- Active Directory experience

- ITIL framework knowledge

Nice-to-Have Skills

- IT security best practices

- LDAP

- Authorization concepts

- Scripting/APIs

- PowerShell
