Oversee Technology Operations:

Manage and evaluate the performance of IT systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organization. Policy Implementation:

Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to support the organization’s strategic goals. Project Management:

Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Team Leadership:

Supervise IT managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance. Budget Management:

Assist in the preparation and management of the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Vendor Management:

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of quality services. Security and Compliance:

Ensure the organization’s IT infrastructure is secure and complies with relevant regulations and standards. Innovation and Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance the organization’s IT capabilities Must have knowledge and awareness on the latest technology and trend –

specially AI platform usage will be added advantages. Plan, design, implement, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud, and data centers). Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems. Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, vendor management, and lifecycle tracking. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure efficiency and resilience. Manage daily IT operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency. Oversee IT helpdesk, incident management, and service delivery to ensure user satisfaction. Define and monitor KPIs/SLAs for IT operations and support functions. Implement ITIL best practices for service management, change management, and problem resolution. Lead IT projects end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring. Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT project requirements and deliverables. Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives. Align IT strategy with business goals to enable growth and innovation. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and regulatory requirements. Establish and enforce IT security protocols, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities. Lead and mentor IT operations and infrastructure teams. Foster collaboration with business units to deliver efficient IT solutions. Develop training plans to upskill IT staff in emerging technologies and best practices.
