Educational Qualifications

- Degrees: B.Com(Hons), M.Com, MBA, CA, ACCA, CPA, - Preferred Category: Inter CA

For Walk-in Registration: Analytix Walk-In Drive Registration

Responsible for overall accounting transactional activities, monthly review and closing of accounts, team supervision, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work while maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC:27001 guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities

- Vendor Bills Processing - Vendor Statement Reconciliation - Bank Entries and Reconciliation - Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation - Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries - Preparation and mailing of customer invoices - Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Reconciliation - Updating Document Checklist, Document Library, and Client Reports - Other bookkeeping and accounting entries - Sales Tax calculation and filing - Payroll Reconciliation - Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation, and Month-end adjustments - Internal communication for routine queries and questions - Review and preparation of financial statements - Double-checking work done by subordinates - Help management collect key data such as Work Planner, Financial Statements Submission Checklist - Client Billing, especially hourly clients - Protect confidential details of clients and adhere to ISO/IEC:27001 guidelines
